1. Information We Collect
The exact information collected depends on the specific App, app version, device settings, region, and features you use. Some Apps may process files locally on your device and may collect little or no personal information. Other Apps may include ads, analytics, subscriptions, crash reporting, cloud import/export, or online features.
1.1 App activity and usage data
We may collect information about how you interact with the Apps, such as feature usage, app launches, session information, diagnostic events, subscription-related events, ad interaction events, and performance data. We use this information to operate, maintain, analyze, and improve the Apps.
1.2 Device identifiers and advertising identifiers
The Apps may use device identifiers, including advertising identifiers such as Google Advertising ID, where permitted by your device settings and applicable law. These identifiers may be used for analytics, attribution, fraud prevention, app performance measurement, and advertising.
1.3 Camera, photos, documents, and files
The Apps provide document scanning, PDF reading, PDF editing, document viewing, file conversion, OCR, signing, annotation, file import, file export, and related document features. To provide these features, the Apps may request access to your camera, photos, media, documents, or file storage.
We use this access only to provide the features you choose to use, such as scanning documents, importing files, viewing documents, creating PDFs, editing files, converting files, exporting files, or saving files on your device. Unless a feature clearly requires upload or cloud access, your documents and files remain on your device or with the storage provider you select.
1.4 Account, purchase, and subscription information
If an App offers account, purchase, or subscription features, we may process information needed to provide those features, such as purchase status, subscription status, transaction identifiers, and related support information. Payments and subscriptions may be processed by Google Play or other third-party payment providers, and their processing is governed by their own terms and policies.
1.5 Crash, diagnostics, and performance data
We may collect crash reports, diagnostics, logs, device information, operating system information, app version, and other technical data to identify and fix bugs, reduce crashes, improve performance, and maintain security.
1.6 Approximate location
Some third-party analytics, advertising, attribution, or infrastructure services may infer approximate location from network or device information, subject to your device settings and applicable law. We use this information for analytics, advertising, security, localization, and service improvement.
2. Permissions Used by the Apps
Depending on the App and features you use, the Apps may request permissions such as:
- Camera access, so you can scan documents or capture images.
- Photos, media, documents, or file access, so you can import, view, edit, create, save, convert, and export PDF, Word, text, image, or office files.
- Notification permission, if an App provides notices, reminders, account updates, service messages, or promotional messages.
- Internet access, so an App can provide online features, analytics, advertising, purchase validation, crash reporting, cloud import/export, and service updates.
We request permissions when they are needed for App functionality. You can manage permissions in your device settings. Some features may not work if you deny or revoke a required permission.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information described above to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Apps.
- Enable scanning, PDF creation, PDF viewing, PDF editing, OCR, document reading, file import, file export, file conversion, signing, annotation, and related document features.

4. Advertising, Analytics, Attribution, and Third-Party Services
Some Apps may use third-party services for advertising, analytics, attribution, crash reporting, infrastructure, and app improvement. These services may collect information such as device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app activity, ad interactions, crash data, diagnostics, approximate location, and usage data according to their own privacy policies.
Third-party services used by the Apps may include, without limitation:
- Google services, including Google Play, AdMob, Google Analytics for Firebase, and Firebase Crashlytics.
- AppLovin.

5. Cloud Storage and Third-Party File Providers
If you choose to connect or import files from third-party storage providers, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, OneDrive, or similar services, the relevant App accesses the files only as needed to provide the feature you request. We do not sell your cloud files. Files may remain on your device or with the third-party provider unless you choose to upload, export, share, or otherwise process them through a feature that requires transfer.
Our use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will comply with the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

We may share information in the following circumstances:
